Tube-in-tube coolerCleaning:
1. Physical Cleaning Methods: Fixed tube sheet types can be cleaned by using a pump brush, while for pull-out type or floating head types, the tubes can be removed for cleaning. 2. Chemical Cleaning: When scale changes from loose to dense and hard, mechanical cleaning methods are no longer effective in removing it. At this point, acid cleaning is recommended. Hydrochloric acid can dissolve calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate scale without preheating, so the acid cleaning solution is typically a room temperature hydrochloric acid solution. Although acid cleaning can effectively loosen scale and restore the normal condition of the cooler surface, it is corrosive to copper tubes. To protect the cooler walls from hydrochloric acid侵蚀, an additive must be added to the acid cleaning solution, which is a substance that strongly retards the metal dissolution process. The additive we use isPhthalazineThe BC-801 water stabilizer is used at a concentration of approximately 3%. Based on experience, if mechanical cleaning is performed on time, acid cleaning can be done once every 2a-3a; otherwise, acid cleaning is required annually.
1. Tube-in-tube coolers utilize bare tubes (unfinned) for heat transfer, featuring high surface heat transfer coefficient and strong anti-pollution capability.
2. The cooling tubes of the tube-type cooler are made of purple copper pipes, which are processed into finned heat exchangers. The product has a small volume and a large heat exchange area.
3. Spiral baffles in the tube bundle cooler facilitate a helical and continuous uniform flow of the cooled liquid, overcoming the heat exchange efficiency issues caused by the baffles in the crossflow design.
4. Tube-in-tube coolers are sealed with expansion joints, overcoming the adverse changes that materials undergo after high-temperature welding.
5. Shell-and-tube cooler boasts excellent structural performance and stable sealing, with high heat transfer efficiency, compact design, and minimal floor space.
