Description

Tubular coolers, also known as shell-and-tube coolers, consist of a tube side and a shell side. The fluid flowing inside the tubes is the tube side, while the fluid flowing outside the tubes is the shell side. The wall of the tube bundle serves as the heat transfer surface. When the temperature difference between the tube bundle and the shell exceeds 50℃, appropriate temperature compensation measures are taken to eliminate or reduce thermal stress. They are typically water-cooled and hold a dominant position.

1. Tube-type coolers utilize bare tubes (unfinned) for heat transfer, featuring high external film heat transfer coefficient and strong anti-pollution capabilities.

2. Tube-type coolers use purple copper tubes, which are processed into finned heat radiators, resulting in a compact product with a large heat exchange area.

3. Spiral-shaped flow guide plates in the tube-type cooler allow the cooled liquid to roll continuously and evenly in a spiral, overcoming the heat exchange efficiency issues caused by the baffle plates.

4. The tube-in-tube cooler features a胀管式封口, overcoming the adverse changes caused by material alterations after high-temperature welding.

Manual Process: After the water filter is connected to the pipeline system, water enters the filter through the lower inlet. As impurities in the water pass through the core mesh, those with a larger volume than the mesh holes are trapped on the mesh. When accumulated to a certain amount, it creates a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. (The pressure difference varies with the filter mesh precision diameter, usually around 0.15 Mpa.) Manually open the drain valve to start draining. Turn the handle; both clockwise and counterclockwise rotations are acceptable. Rotate one step every 10 to 30 seconds, and fix the handle at each indentation. The water flow reverses to rinse the impurities and debris attached to the inner wall surface of the core mesh. Continue until a full rotation is completed, then close the drain valve to finish manual draining.

1. Differential Pressure Backflushing: When impurities accumulate to a certain quantity, utilize the differential pressure signal between the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes for backflushing and draining. This is achieved by connecting the electrical contact pressure gauge to control signals, which then activates the electric drainage valve. The electric reducer operates at a speed of 3-6 rotations per minute, reversing the flow of water to flush away impurities adhering to the inner wall surface of the mesh core. The debris is then drained through the drainage pipeline and valve into the cooling water outlet pipe. Each cleaning and draining cycle takes approximately 5-10 minutes. In cases where large debris obstructs the filter mesh and prevents proper operation, the electric unit should run in the opposite direction to flush away the debris.

2. Users can set the timing of effluent discharge if needed.0-99 hoursInternally set the cleaning and effluent discharge time, typically set to discharge once every 12 hours. The timing can be adjusted according to the water quality of the power plant. This means setting the time to start the electric reducer for reverse operation to open the effluent valve, and then proceed with reverse flushing and effluent discharge in sequence.
