The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the water and begins to evaporate. Once completely evaporated into a gas, it is compressed by the compressor. The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser and condenses into a liquid. After throttling through a thermal expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator, completing the refrigerant cycle. The circulating medium (tap water or antifreeze) temperature will drop slightly. This repetitive cycle continuously yields the desired refrigeration effect.

Condenser: The condenser employs a shell-and-tube design, utilizing high-efficiency brass tubes imported from abroad. These tubes are machined into external threaded trapezoidal finned tubes to enhance heat transfer efficiency. The interior of the copper tubes is smooth, reducing water pressure and making them easy to clean and maintain.

The protection system is equipped with: compressor delay start protector, overload protector, high and low pressure protector, flow switch, frost protection, fuse plug, compressor overheating protector, frequent start protector, and abnormal indicator light, ensuring the normal operation of the unit.
