【Service Process】
Handle relocation services; guaranteed response to customer complaints; payment after relocation; dissatisfaction may lead to complaints.
1. Phone receptionist dedicated to handling customer inquiries, initially gathering information on the moving date, moving route, whether a container is needed, and if there are any valuable items, such as pianos, safes, etc.
2. Phone Quotation: For a small move with minimal furniture, which requires no more than 1-2 trucks, a phone quotation can be provided after consultation.
3. Oral Agreement; No On-Site Estimation: For large organizations or groups with a significant number of furniture and items to be moved, this constitutes a large relocation. Our company has sales representatives available for no on-site estimation, and they provide relocation advice, explanations, and注意事项.
4. After site assessment, the relocation contract can be signed immediately; invoices can be issued.
5. Assign suitable vehicles and laborers, then, according to the auspicious date and time arranged by the customer, ensure the personnel and vehicles arrive on time.
6. Placement Service: Arrange customer's furniture items in order for loading, and after arrival at the new residence, place them reasonably according to the customer's location.
7. Satisfaction guaranteed payment: After the relocation is complete, inspect for any missing or damaged items, and only pay once the customer is satisfied.
