The supply chain has extensive experience in importing recycled metals (recycled copper, aluminum, aluminum ingots) and has represented multiple companies in their imports.
2. Bojun can provide all necessary document templates, reducing the hassle of material organization for enterprises, making it more convenient and worry-free.
3. We can provide specific requirements for customs on-site audit locations, pre-arranged based on the focus of customs inspections to achieve a high pass rate. To date, there have been no cases of failing the on-site audit.
4.代办特殊物品审批、代办商检、提货到机场、报关、空运、中港陆运。
5. Inspection at the port of discharge handled by Boyun for approximate inspection.
Recycled Aluminum
To standardize the import management of recycled aluminum alloy foundry materials and promote the high-quality development of the recycled gold house industry, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, along with three other departments, jointly issued the "Notice on Matters Concerning the Standardization of the Import Management of Recycled Brass, Recycled Copper, and Recycled Aluminum Alloy Foundry Materials" (Notice No. 43 of 2020.20), which clarifies that as of November 1, 2020, recycled aluminum alloy foundry materials that comply with the "Recycled Aluminum Alloy Foundry Materials" standard (GB/T38472-2019) are not classified as solid waste and can be imported freely.
Recycled Copper
Recycled copper (brass) material is obtained through the dismantling, crushing, sorting, and processing of scrap (or brass) or its alloys, resulting in raw materials that meet the standards for direct production use.
Disassembly refers to the separation from a system, such as removing valves from buildings, wires from electrical systems, and copper components from appliances; Crushing involves further breaking down the separated copper components, like removing glass, ceramics, etc. from failed valves, peeling off the surface insulation from wires, and removing plastics, wood, ceramics, etc. from copper parts.
Sorting refers to picking out copper and brass components from dismantled and crushed materials. Since the sorting principle is based on the copper content, the physical shape and specifications of the sorted materials are inconsistent.
The process involves cleaning (degreasing), packaging, and drying of the sorted materials.
Recycled Aluminum Ingots
Aluminum ingots are categorized into three types based on composition: remelting ingots, high purity aluminum ingots, and aluminum alloy ingots. They can also be divided into various shapes and sizes, such as billets, ingots, slabs, T-shaped ingots, etc. The main importing countries currently are Malaysia, South Korea, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Pakistan, Russia, Nigeria, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates.
