Export Requirement for Thailand Fruit Plant Quarantine Certificate
1. Prior to exporting fruits, customs should conduct inspections and quarantine. For fruits that meet the requirements, a Phytosanitary Certificate should be issued, and the additional declaration section should state: "This fruit is in compliance with the Protocol on the Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Exportation and imports.""Agreement for the Transportation of Fruits between China and Thailand via the Territories of Third Countries" (This batch of fruits complies with the agreement's requirements for inspection and quarantine of imported and exported fruits between China and Thailand), as well as the container number and seal number.
2. Plant quarantine certificate is valid for 10 days.
3. Upon arrival at the entry port, the customs at the exit port should provide the plant quarantine certificate information to the customs at the entry port or the plant quarantine authority.
Export Certificate of Plant Quarantine Requirements for Kazakhstan Fruits
1. Fruits that have passed the quarantine and meet the export conditions should be accompanied by a Plant Quarantine Certificate issued by the Chinese Customs, with the additional statement noting: “This consignment is free from pests and diseases as per international standards.”nsignment is free from quarantine pests specified in Decisions 157 and 158 of the Eurasian Eco"No检疫性有害生物携带,in accordance with the resolutions of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council No. 157 and No. 158."
2. The Phytosanitary Certificate must indicate the registered numbers of the orchard and packing factory for this batch of fruits. If stored in a port warehouse, the certificate must also include the name or registered number of the port warehouse.
Export Certification Requirements for Chilean Kiwifruit Plant Quarantine
1. Inspected and certified free from quarantine, the customs shall issue a Phytosanitary Certificate and note in the additional declaration in English: “This consignment has been inspected and certified free from quarantine.”nsignment is in compliance with the requirements specified in the Protocol of Phytosanitary Requirements for Export of Chinese Fresh Kiwifruits to Chile, and is free from quarantine pests of coThis shipment complies with the Protocol for the Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Fresh Kiwifruit from China to Chile, and does not contain any quarantine pests of concern to Chile.
2. For goods subject to pre-export cold treatment or fumigation, the plant quarantine certificate should indicate the treatment method, temperature, duration, and name or ID of the treatment facility. For goods undergoing cold treatment during transit, the plant quarantine certificate should be marked in English with "Cold treatment in transit," along with the temperature, treatment time, container number, and seal number.
3. A sample of the plant quarantine certificate should be provided to the Agricultural and Livestock Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Chile prior to the commencement of trade for their record and verification.
