Its standard equipment consists of a unwind machine (uncoiler), roller forming main unit, straightening machine, automatic tracking trolley, cutting machine, main motor, main reducer, material collection stand, and electrical control cabinet.

The company, with a foundation in the professional production of cold-formed steel and welded pipe series equipment, has also developed and manufactured deep-processing equipment for metal coil materials, including coil leveling and transverse cutting machines, and a series of longitudinal shearing strip cutting machines, all tailored to market needs.

Our manufactured series of equipment boasts international standards, with a longitudinal slitting speed of up to 120M/min, a leveling and cutting machine speed of 80M/min, and a precision within ±0.5mm for cross-cutting. Suitable for processing metal coils in various specifications, with thickness ranging from 0.15-25mm and width from 220-1500mm.
