Its standard equipment consists of a uncoiler (opening roll), roller forming main unit, straightening machine, automatic tracking trolley, cutting machine, main motor, main reducer, collection rack, and electrical operation cabinet.

The company, with a professional focus on the production of cold-bent steel and welded pipe series equipment, has also developed and manufactured deep-processing equipment for metal coil materials, including flat-coating and cross-cutting machines for coils, and a series of longitudinal slitting strip machines.

Our series of equipment, manufactured by our company, meets international standards, with a longitudinal slitting speed of up to 120M/min, a leveling and cutting speed of 80M/min, and a precision within ±0.5mm for cross-cutting. Suitable for processing metal coil materials of various specifications, with sheet thickness ranging from 0.15-25mm and width from 220-1500mm.
