The standard equipment consists of a coiler (unwinder), roller forming main machine, straightening machine, automatic tracking cart, cutting machine, main motor, main reducer, material collection frame, and electrical control cabinet.

Our manufactured series of equipment boasts international advanced levels, with slitting speed up to 120M/min, leveling and cutting machine at 80M/min, and precision within ±0.5mm for cross-cutting. It is suitable for processing various specifications of metal coils with thickness ranging from 0.15-25mm and width from 220-1500mm.
