Its standard equipment consists of a unwinding machine (opening roll), roller forming main unit, straightening machine, automatic tracking trolley, cutting machine, main motor, main reducer, collection stand, and electrical operation cabinet.

Our manufactured series of equipment boasts international advanced levels, featuring a slitting speed of up to 120M/min, a leveling and cutting machine speed of 80M/min, and a cutting precision within ±0.5mm. It is suitable for processing various specifications of metal coils with sheet thickness ranging from 0.15-25mm and width from 220-1500mm.
