Its standard equipment consists of a unwind machine (uncoiler), roller forming main unit, straightening machine, automatic tracking trolley, cutting machine, main motor, main reducer, material collection frame, and electrical operation cabinet.

The company, with a foundation in the professional production of cold-formed steel and welded pipe series equipment, has also developed and manufactured deep processing equipment for metal coil materials, including coil leveling and cross-cutting machines, and a series of longitudinal cutting strip machines, all tailored to market needs.

Our series of equipment manufactured by our company boasts internationally advanced levels, with slitting speed reaching 120M/min, leveling and cutting machine at 80M/min, and precision within ±0.5mm for cross-cutting. It is suitable for processing various specifications of metal coils with thickness ranging from 0.15-25mm and width from 220-1500mm.
