Applications
This equipment is suitable for industries such as biology, food, and chemicals, commonly used for the evaporation and concentration of juices, fine chemical solutions, and wastewater.
Features
(1) Low energy consumption and operating costs. Theoretically, using an MVR evaporator can save over 80% of energy compared to traditional evaporation equipment. In fact, the energy required to evaporate 1000g of water is only 16 to 15 times that of a traditional evaporator (Note: Energy consumption may vary depending on the material). Moreover, the operating costs are significantly reduced, typically only 35-50% of those for a traditional evaporator.
2) Equipment is compact, occupying less floor space. Compared to multi-effect evaporation, it can reduce over 50% of the floor space.
3) Few auxiliary utilities required. The MVR's heating chamber is the steam condenser; it does not require a separate steam condenser or a large circulating cooling water system, which saves
Over 90% of cooling water.
(4) Primarily uses electrical power. Only a small amount of industrial steam for heating is required during the equipment startup phase, but clean electrical power is sufficient for normal operation, without the need for industrial steam.
(5) Operation is smooth and highly automated. The MVR system controls temperature, pressure, and speed, etc., through DCS/PLC, industrial computers, and configuration software.
Maintain system evaporation balance.
(6) Single-stage vacuum evaporation is used, with a low evaporation temperature (45-85℃), particularly suitable for concentrating heat-sensitive materials.
