Overviewcriptions
Evaporation concentration is a widely used concentration method in food factories. By using evaporation concentration equipment, the material is heated, causing the volatile water and other media in the material to continuously change from liquid to gas at their boiling point temperature. The secondary steam produced during vaporization is continually exhausted, thereby continuously increasing the concentration of the product until it reaches the required concentration.
Applications
Single-effect concentrated evaporator is suitable for concentrating materials such as starch sugar, food, dairy products, and for recovering industrial organic solvents (such as alcohol). It is ideal for low-temperature vacuum concentration evaporation of heat-sensitive materials with small batch sizes and a variety of types.
