Preface: This manual includes instructions for proper installation, adjustment, and maintenance. Please read this installation and operation manual carefully before starting or inspecting the unit. Inspection of the Assembly Unit
The equipment must be inspected within 15 days upon arrival. Check for any damage to the equipment's appearance before unloading and verify that all components listed on the packing list have been received. In case of any missing parts, please notify the carrier and our local office in writing within 72 hours.
Aviation Unit Storage
Customers are responsible for the proper storage and installation of the equipment upon receipt.

Equipment handling, hoisting
During the handling or hoisting process, maintain the aircraft's balance, ensure the cable is secure, and the angle between the cable and the horizontal is no less than 60 degrees. (See the aircraft packaging and transportation label for details.)

Ensure there is ample space around the unit installation for operation and maintenance, with unobstructed airflow and no short circuits. 1) Check the lifting system's performance to ensure it can support the unit's weight (refer to the label for the unit weight). 2) Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for the removal of the maintenance door and filter mesh. 3) Confirm there is enough space around the unit (L≥700mm from the wall) for connecting the in and out water pipes. 4) Ensure there is enough space around the unit for replacing belt pulleys, motors, coils, etc. 5) The height of the unit installation foundation should allow for the installation of condensate traps. 6) Verify that the installation foundation platform can support the unit's normal operating weight, and maintain appropriate flatness and levelness. 7) For ceiling-mounted units, ensure the strength of the hanger and secure installation.
8) For suspended ceiling units, the units are horizontally suspended within the ceiling, with the suspension rods perpendicular to the unit's bottom bracket and nuts securely tightened. After installation, ensure the unit is properly leveled. The unit must not bear the weight of external water and air ducts; please refer to the engineering installation standards for details.
1) The water and steam coils are standard accessories, equipped with external threaded coil connectors. 2) During installation, avoid tightening the coil connectors too much to prevent damage to the coil drain pipes and connectors. 3) Valves must be installed on the in and out water pipes outside the unit to regulate flow and cut off the cold and hot water sources during maintenance. Additionally, insulate the in and out water pipes. 4) For units with two or more in and out water pipes, please connect in parallel when connecting the pipes. 5) A drainage bend should be installed before the steam coil to ensure normal condensate discharge and prevent water hammer damage to the coil. The pressure after the pressure reducing valve (i.e., the coil pressure) must not exceed 0.3MPa. 6) The weight of the water and steam pipes connected to the unit must not be borne by the unit.
1) The air duct installation includes a flexible connection pipe (such as a bellows or canvas pipe) at the outlet of the air conditioner to reduce noise and vibration, with the air volume control valve installed after the flexible connection pipe. The weight of the air duct connected to the unit must not be borne by the unit. 2) There should be a straight pipe section 1.5 to 2.5 times the length of the outlet edge at the air conditioner outlet to reduce eddies. If space constraints prevent meeting these requirements, the bend direction of the outlet pipe should follow the rotation direction of the fan impeller, or guide vanes should be added to the bend pipe. 3) The bend section of the air duct should use a large curvature radius r, commonly r/b = 1.5 to 2.0 (where b is the width of the air duct). Guide vanes should be installed when r/b is less than 1.0 to reduce resistance. 4) The expansion angle of the expansion pipe when the air duct cross-section increases should be as small as possible, less than 20°; the contraction angle of the contraction pipe when the air duct cross-section decreases should be as small as possible, less than 45°. 5) The supply and return air outlets should not be too close to avoid short-circuiting of the air flow. 6) When the air duct is long and there are many branches, the resistance of each branch should be balanced as much as possible to avoid uneven air volume. 7) Suitable insulating materials should be selected for the air ducts; please refer to the relevant manual for selection. Additionally, insulating materials should also be applied to the indoor supply outlets to prevent condensation droplets from affecting aesthetics. 8) When used as a fresh air unit, a sealed insulating air valve should be installed on the fresh air duct. 9) For mixing new and return air, the fresh air duct can be connected to the return air duct. 10) The connection between the unit's intake and exhaust outlets and the air duct should be made using a flexible joint.
