I. Overview
The intelligent fan coil unit series is a joint venture product developed through technical cooperation between our group and Singapore, with the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. It integrates the advantages of similar domestic and international products, utilizing high-quality materials and advanced production processes. The optimized design of the heat exchanger fin spacing and water supply and return paths ensures excellent performance such as high efficiency, low resistance, hydraulic balance, large air volume, and low noise. The company has an advanced production line with a stringent QC monitoring system, strictly adhering to the ISO9001 quality management system. The product line consists of five series and over fifty specifications. The products have passed inspections by the National Air Conditioning Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the Shandong Provincial Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, with technical specifications exceeding national standards. In 1999, it passed the provincial evaluation and was awarded the "Product Approval Certificate" issued by the Shandong Construction Committee.

The fan coil air conditioning system places the unit consisting of a fan and coil directly in the room. During operation, hot or cold water circulates through the coil as needed. The fan draws indoor air into the unit, filters it, and then sends it back to the room after it has been cooled or heated by the coil. This cycle continues to regulate the room's temperature and humidity. Fresh air required by the room is typically processed by a dedicated fresh air handling unit and delivered to the room via ductwork. Since the refrigerant and heat transfer medium used in the fan coil unit are also centrally supplied, the fan coil air conditioning system is a semi-centralized system. In this system, cooling or heating is provided to the air conditioning room by air and water, thus it falls under the air-water system category.
Our company produces various types of fan coils, including cassette ceiling-mounted, horizontal concealed, horizontal surface-mounted, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, and wall-mounted surface-mounted models.

Four: Performance, Structure, Features
1. Meticulously designed with the best features of similar products from both domestic and international markets, it boasts high air volume, compact size, lightweight, and excellent strength.
2. Exquisite structure, beautiful appearance, and lightweight
All structural components are made of high-quality galvanized steel plates, featuring selected sound-absorbing and thermal insulation materials, equipped with forward-tilting blade-type impellers, corrugated aluminum fin coils, and galvanized anti-corrosion thermal insulation water pans. The surface finish for exposed models includes anti-corrosion treatment and uses all-plastic techniques, offering elegant colors and a beautiful appearance to enhance indoor decoration; while the concealed models are all constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel plates, featuring a stylish and generous design.
3. High efficiency, low power consumption
The tube and fin design utilizes high-quality seamless copper tubing and aluminum foil fins, with mechanical expansion ensuring tight contact between fins and copper tubing for enhanced heat transfer efficiency. The product undergoes rigorous inspection before shipment and pressure testing to ensure condenser heat transfer efficiency, guaranteeing the quality and performance of the product.
The unit is equipped with three-speed high-speed switches, allowing for adjustable air volume as needed to regulate cooling (heating) output, thereby saving electrical energy.
4. Safe and reliable, with a long lifespan
Special-purpose fan motors, researched and produced with new technology, feature shafts treated for tempering to ensure they never deform or rust. Equipped with high-quality oil-free rolling bearings from Japan's NSK Corporation, these motors have through-bar automatic lubrication, eliminating the need for oiling, and operate with low noise and input power. The zinc-plated fan blades are adjusted for static and dynamic balance, offering aesthetics, excellent air delivery, low noise, and a lifespan of over ten years.
Each chiller has undergone two pressure tests at 2.76 MPa, with 100% passing inspection, meeting the operational pressure requirements of 1.6 MPa for the refrigerant (hot) water system.
Insulation materials use closed-cell flame-retardant boards to prevent fire accidents caused by human factors.
5. High air volume, low noise
The fan is an efficient, low-noise centrifugal fan made of galvanized steel sheet, featuring a galvanized steel centrifugal impeller. All impellers undergo strict static and dynamic balance tests to ensure minimal vibration and noise below 46 decibels. Additionally, the impellers are available in various configurations with electric motors to meet the air volume requirements of different types of fan coils.
The fan coil motor utilizes a low-noise three-speed capacitor-start motor, paired with imported high-precision, ultra-low-noise lubricated rolling bearings. This design overcomes the issues of vibration and noise caused by wear in sliding bearings during the operation of the unit.

1. The fan utilizes a low-noise forward multi-blade double-inlet centrifugal ventilator, with the fan casing and blades formed by stamping, ensuring high static and dynamic balance accuracy for smooth operation.
2. Our motors are selected from Jiangnan Kaichua Electric Co., Ltd., known for their high-quality products. They are equipped with premium rolling bearings, leading in quality domestically. These motors are characterized by low vibration, high efficiency, low noise, low temperature rise, easy control of cooling and heating, and convenient adjustment of air volume. They offer infinite speed control.
3. We select seamless copper tubes produced by Chifeng Hekai Copper Industry Co., Ltd., with a reserve pressure of 40 kg/cm².
4. The fins are made of high-quality aluminum foil produced by Dalian Huanghai Aluminum Processing Factory, arranged in an interlocking pattern to ensure the condenser has excellent heat transfer performance and low air resistance.
5. The housing is made of high-quality galvanized steel sheets from Benxi Iron and Steel (Group) Cold Rolling Co., Ltd., and the speed controller uses a three-speed switch produced by Nanjing Yuemei Electrical Co., Ltd., allowing for easy control of the air conditioner's air volume.
6. The water tray is made of 0.7mm Baxian galvanized steel, formed in one pressing process, with a surface plastic coating treatment. The outer surface is fully insulated, ensuring no cold bridge occurs.
Installation, Operation, Maintenance
1. During installation, the joints of the water inlets and outlets of the fan coil unit must not be used as handles for lifting. When the vertical coil is installed on a horizontal surface, it must not be tilted. The horizontal coil should be suspended to maintain levelness; do not raise one end of the condensate pipe to prevent condensate from spilling over.
2. The inlet and outlet pipes of the coil should be connected with the main pipe using flexible hoses, and valves should be installed to adjust water flow and shut off the water source for maintenance. The pipes should have good insulation to prevent condensation in summer. Sealing measures should be taken at threaded joints, and the nuts of the inlet and outlet pipes should be securely fastened when connecting to the external pipeline, avoiding excessive force that may cause the coil to bend and leak.
3. The drainage hose of the coil condensate pan must not be crushed or bent, and it should ensure that there is sufficient slope to facilitate the smooth flow of condensate.
4. After the coil installation is complete, first manually rotate the impeller. If there is no mechanical rubbing sound, then you may connect the power according to the wiring diagram. Although this item has been adjusted during installation before shipment, due to potential deformation of the pot shell during transportation and installation, this point should be noted when in use.
5. The weight of the coiled piping connected to the coiled piping must not be borne by the unit. Before connection, check for any debris inside the coiled piping.
6. The chilled water temperature for coil use should not be below 6°C, and the hot water temperature should not exceed 65°C. It is required that the water quality is clean and softened water is to be used.
Unit return piping is equipped with an air release valve. To achieve the heat exchange effect of the unit, the air release valve must be opened first before powering on for use, to exhaust the air inside the coil. Close the valve after water starts to flow out of the exhaust pipe.
The 8 coils should have the dust filter cleaned regularly to prevent dust accumulation, as failure to do so may affect the coil performance. If no filter is present, the heat exchanger should be cleaned regularly.
9. Three-speed throttling switch for coil pipes; start at the highest speed during operation, then select other speeds. Cut off the power when repairing the coil pipe.
10. When disassembling the coil, fill the heat exchanger with water or use other methods to minimize pipe corrosion. In winter, if not used for heating, frost protection measures must be taken. For vertical coils, drain all the water from the heat exchanger. For horizontal coils, since some water cannot be drained, add antifreeze to the water to prevent copper pipes from cracking due to freezing.

Surface Mount, Instructions for Use
The vertical unit must be installed on a horizontal surface, maintaining a vertical position without any inclination; for the horizontal unit, ensure that the four suspension points are kept level during installation to prevent the condensate pipe from being elevated at one end, causing condensation.
Water overflow.
Piping for incoming and outgoing water should be equipped with valves for easy adjustment and maintenance. Attention must be paid to the cleanliness and insulation of the incoming and outgoing water pipes. The plastic condensate pipes must not be flattened and should not have sharp bends.
Condensation should flow freely when the certificate is in use.
Three-speed control switch for the unit, it should start from the high gear when turned on, followed by selecting other speeds. When multiple units are used simultaneously, individual control of each unit is mandatory. Unit power supply: Single-phase 220V±1
The shell of the snail should not come into contact. During the installation of the unit, attention must be paid to the shell, the fins of the heat exchanger, and the fan, etc., to avoid damaging them and affecting the appearance and performance. The 50Hz AC motor housing should be installed with a safety grounding wire. If the unit is difficult to start, be sure to check whether the power supply is normal, and ensure the wind wheel is properly aligned with the fan.
The unit is permitted to use a pressure of 16MPa. The chilled water supply temperature in summer must not be lower than 70°C, and the hot water supply temperature in winter must not exceed 70°C. The chilled and hot water used must be softened considering the local water quality conditions.
Filters should be cleaned regularly.
Heat exchangers should be regularly cleaned to maintain cleanliness and ensure transmission.
Plug in the power
Engines, such as the Dong Feng engines, should be observed to ensure the correct rotation direction.
In low-light areas, a service door should be installed for convenient year-round maintenance.
The power supply should be disconnected during maintenance of the unit.
