Our developed spherical-pored graphite heat exchangers have been successfully implemented in multiple user applications with excellent performance. Made from impermeable graphite blocks, they are used in reactors with (or without) stirrers for heating or cooling the internal medium, offering high thermal transfer efficiency. Compared to cage-type exchangers, their standout advantages include strong vibration and impact resistance, and no issues related to material thermal expansion coefficients. Consequently, the allowable pressure and temperature are increased, and these exchangers are also suitable for heat exchange between two-phase corrosive media.
