Graphite heat exchangers used in the electronic foil industry feature some equipment that is required to both heat and cool at different times, which places higher demands on the equipment, particularly in the structural design, where careful consideration is necessary to meet these requirements.

Structure and Features
Utilizing spherical block perforated graphite heat exchanger structure: The structure features material and service holes machined through solid spherical block graphite material using hollow drill bits, ensuring they do not communicate. Heat exchange is achieved through the wall. The structure employs imported PTFE elastic绳 for sealing and includes pressure springs for automatic thermal expansion and contraction compensation, providing protection. A rectangular block perforated structure can also be used, but it is more expensive.
