Product Overview
This product is an acidic descaling chemical containing a strong penetrant and special corrosion inhibitor, capable of dissolving scale, cement debris, minerals, lime, and rust. It is particularly suitable for cleaning dirt in vacuum pumps. It can penetrate and dissolve carbonate deposits, and other insoluble substances will also be broken down and removed during the reaction process.
Product Features
Safe to use, with no effect on metal materials or finishes.
Quickly effective, dissolves deposits in equipment rapidly.
No fuming phenomenon or hazards in use like concentrated hydrochloric acid.
May be diluted for use as needed.

Product Application
This product is suitable for cleaning water systems with light scale and complex surface materials (comprising various materials such as iron, copper, and stainless steel), particularly effective against scale formed at low temperatures.
Remove scale and rust from systems such as vacuum pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers, air compressors, condensers, power plant condensers, and air conditioning units. In plastic molding operations, it can clear scale from the water walls inside metal molds and the cooling water pipes.Remove rust spots from the porcelain insulators of distribution equipment.
Usage Instructions
Vacuum Pump Scale Removal: Select an appropriate dilution ratio based on the scale severity and desired cleaning speed. First, inject clean water into the circulation system, then gradually add the descaling solution for circulation cleaning. Every 15-30 minutes, test the pH level with a pH strip; if the pH is above 1, add a sufficient amount to maintain it below 1. After approximately 4-6 hours of continuous circulation, if the pH remains unchanged within an hour, the reaction is complete, and the cleaning waste can be neutralized and discharged. Then, thoroughly clean the remaining waste in the equipment with a slightly alkaline water solution, followed by repeated water rinses to flush out any residue in the system.
Vaccum Pump Scale Removal: Add a solution mixed at a ratio of 1 to 3:10 with water into the vacuum pump, filling the entire container. Allow the mixture to react for 4 to 6 hours. If the pH is greater than 1, supplement it to make the pH less than 1. If there is no change in pH within 1 hour, the reaction is complete. Neutralize and discharge with baking soda.
Cautionary Notes
Due to the acidity of this product, please avoid contact with skin and ensure it does not溅入 eyes. Take appropriate protective measures if possible.
Ensure the equipment is neutralized and passivated with a film-forming treatment after cleaning.
During storage, color change occurs without affecting performance. Freezing and thawing the product does not impair its efficacy.
This product must not be stored with ferrous metals.
