4Product Application
Cleaning and degreasing for metal parts made of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast steel, aluminum, and aluminum alloys.
Also suitable for cleaning surface residues of machining oil and grease on metal parts made of copper and copper alloys.
5Determination of process parameters
Based on the composition of dirt, residue amount, cleanliness requirements, cleaning method, drying method, and online experimental conditions, determine the process parameters such as operating temperature, usage ratio, and cleaning time. Suggested as follows:
Temperature: 70℃ at room temperature.
Concentration: Use by diluting with water at a ratio of 3%-8%.
Time: Adjust between 0.5min to 5min.
6Usage Instructions
Manual Cleaning:After diluting S105, soak and manually scrub. Wash thoroughly, then rinse and proceed to the next production process as required.
Ultrasonic CleaningAdd S105 to the ultrasonic cleaner in the predetermined ratio, and transfer to the next process after the cleaning is completed according to the production process requirements.
Spray Wash:Add S105 to the spray washing machine in the predetermined ratio, and transfer to the next process after the cleaning is completed according to the production process requirements.
