Stainless steel trough cable tray
Ductile cable trays should not be installed parallel to the following pipelines. When unavoidable, the placement of the cable tray should comply with the following regulations or appropriate protective measures should be taken.
(1) The channel cable tray should be installed above the corrosive liquid pipeline.
(2) Channel cable trays should be located below the thermal pipelines.
(3) In cases where flammable and explosive gases are heavier than air, the trough-type cable tray should be installed above the pipe.
(4) When flammable and explosive gases are lighter than air, the ladder-type cable tray should be placed below the pipeline.
Stainless steel trough cable trays and pipelines should maintain a distance as specified in relevant standards.
Cable trays should maintain adequate spacing from electrical equipment such as motors and power transformers that may generate high-level electromagnetic interference. The spacing between the cable tray and power cables should comply with the provisions of Article 11.0.2 of GB/T 50311-2000.
The spacing between the cabling, optical cables, and conduits installed on the walls should comply with the provisions of Article 11.0.2 of GB/T 50311-2000.
When laying槽式 cable trays horizontally, it is advisable to select an ideal span based on the load curve for support, with the span generally being 1.5 to 3.0 meters. For vertical installation of the trays, a metal cover should be added for protection below the first 1.8 meters, unless installed in an electrical equipment room.
The spacing between layers when laying cable trays in multiple layers is generally:
(1) The layout of the top deck or other obstructions on the bridge should not be less than 0.3m.
(2) The spacing between electrical cable trays should not be less than 0.3m.
(3) The distance between cable bridge supports should not be less than 0.2m.
