1. Explosion-proof performance

2. Modular structure


The unit has a popular panel structure, with modular double-layer sandwich panels made of polyurethane as the core material. The cross-section of the unit can be made in various shapes to meet different application needs. Explosion-proof modular air conditioner features:


The explosion-proof modular air conditioner is a type of air treatment equipment assembled from various air handling units, which does not come with its own cooling or heating sources. It can achieve a variety of functions such as explosion-proof cooling, dehumidification, humidification, and heating. Various models of air conditioning units come with multiple functional sections that can be combined and selected as needed by design units and users. Additionally, customized air conditioning units can be designed and manufactured according to the specific requirements of the users.


(1) New mixed return air section

(3) (New) Exhaust Section (also known as Flat-Top Dividing and Mixing Section)


This section features a one-time return air valve. Each side of the valve is equipped with an exhaust and an intake air port on the top of the box. It is equipped with an adjustable valve. Its function is: when there is a return fan, it supplies part of the return air from the air conditioning unit's power plant, allowing the fresh air and the first return air to mix in the required ratio. The air valve can be fitted with a manual, electric, or pneumatic actuator, and the user can choose as preferred.


(4) Intermediate Section (Maintenance Section)


This section serves as a connection for the filter section and internal maintenance lighting within the unit. Prior to the filter section, an intermediate section must be installed before and after the cooling section, heating section, and sound absorption section.


(5) Second Air Recirculation Section


Intermediate section for connecting the secondary return air duct: Equipped with adjustable valves at the top, available with manual, electric, or pneumatic regulating mechanisms, user selectable; this section can also be integrated into the supply fan section.


(6) Condenser Section


The condenser employs a copper tube structure with four, six, or eight rows of fins, featuring double-flanged corrugated aluminum foil. The large-radius bended heat exchanger reduces 60% of welding elbows, enhancing heat exchange efficiency, and the mechanical expansion form ensures optimal contact performance of the heat exchanger.


(7) Heating section


For steel pipe heat exchangers with steel sheet or copper tube with aluminum foil wrapped around 1st, 2nd, and 4th rows, the heat medium is steam or hot water.


(8) Energy Recovery Segment


To set up a heat recovery wheel for ventilation, by utilizing the energy exchange between indoor exhaust air and outdoor fresh air, the purpose of energy saving is achieved. In winter, preheat the fresh air; in summer, precool the fresh air; the recovery efficiency is approximately 70%.


(9) Blower Section


A. S-Type Air Delivery Section: Features horizontal air delivery, with a flexible hose at the fan outlet and a spring-damped steel frame at the bottom for reduced vibration. Suitable for installation on floor slabs, the air handling unit's fan employs a double-inlet centrifugal explosion-proof fan.


B. H-type Supply Fan Section: A vertical upward supply fan section with a top-mounted flanged connection, treated with anti-static technology for the fan.


(10) Humidification Section


This humidifier offers three forms of humidification for user selection: dry steam humidification, high-pressure spray humidification, and wet film humidification.


a. Dry Steam Humidifier: Available in three control types - manual (SZS), pneumatic (QZS), and electric (DZS). This humidifier features rapid humidification, drip-free operation, low running costs, and excellent humidification performance, suitable for locations with steam sources.


b. High-pressure Spray Humidification: This system employs a direct-connected high-pressure pump to increase water pressure to 0.35 MPa, forcing it through a new type of nozzle to produce water mist for humidification. Its features include high atomization efficiency (with an average droplet size SMD of 38.6 um measured on an mzlvcm laser particle analyzer), resulting in a large humidification capacity and rapid humidification speed. It is five times more efficient than similar spray chamber humidifiers, consumes less electricity, and comes with an in-built water filtration unit. It is easy to use and maintain, making it particularly suitable for humidification without steam sources.


(11) Muffler section


This noise attenuation section features impedance composite ceramic mufflers and metal micro-perforated plate mufflers. The metal micro-perforated plate mufflers offer advantages such as high-temperature resistance, moisture resistance, and dust-free operation. Users can choose according to their specific needs.


(12) Electric Heating Section


The heating air is achieved using PTC heating elements, suitable for use when there is no hot water, steam, or other heat sources.


(13) Flow Equalization Section


The use of diffuser plates for uniform air distribution ensures excellent distribution performance and low air resistance. This section is located after the fan section, achieving uniform velocity across the equipment cross-section.


(14) Exhaust section
