Explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant air conditioning product features:
★Outdoor and indoor units are corrosion-resistant (with the outdoor unit generally being the default), and the evaporator and condenser are entirely composed of copper fins. Employing various corrosion-resistant technologies, the units significantly enhance anti-corrosion effectiveness, enabling normal operation in acidic and alkaline environments without shortening the product's lifespan, which is N times longer than that of conventional explosion-proof air conditioners. Additionally, it improves safety performance (the lifespan of different explosion-proof air conditioners in strong acidic or alkaline environments is roughly only a few months), significantly increasing the product's safety and lifespan.
◆ Explosion-proof air conditioners are available in two performance types: single-cooling and heating-cooling. They can be categorized into three structural forms: window-mounted, split-wall-mounted, and split-cabinet.
◆ Explosion-proof air conditioners are designed to meet the requirements of the GB 3836 series standards, based on renowned air conditioners, with special processing techniques and manufacturing methods for explosion-proof treatment; ◆ The pipeline connection and installation of explosion-proof air conditioners are the same as those of regular air conditioners, with electrical connections following the installation requirements of explosion-proof electrical equipment. First, the power source is introduced to the explosion-proof control box, and then separately to the indoor and outdoor units from the control box.
The explosion-proof control box is equipped with a power switch.
◆ We can provide explosion-proof treatment for special air conditioning equipment on-site as per customer requirements. For instance, this includes large-scale chilled water units, refrigeration units, central air conditioning systems, and air conditioning equipment with special installation forms. We will design and manufacture the solution, submit it for customer review, and upon request, we can apply for an explosion-proof testing center to conduct on-site product explosion-proof performance testing.
◆ All explosion-proof air conditioners are supplied with a complete set of product technical documentation and installation/user manuals. Users must strictly follow the instructions in the manual for installation and use.
