With the development of modern industry, preventing environmental pollution has become a common concern. Meanwhile, the comprehensive utilization, converting harmful substances into beneficial ones, and turning waste into resources, is an important approach to saving investment, conserving energy, and enhancing economic benefits. In many surface treatment processes of metal products (such as pickling, chemical milling, electroplating, etc.), sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid are required, which can lead to the release of acid mist gases at certain concentrations. When the content of these gases exceeds the standard, they can cause severe harm to human health, plant and animal growth, and buildings. Therefore, the issue has garnered increasing attention from the state. To address this, I have, with the assistance of relevant scientific research units, successfully developed the BJS series of acid mist purification towers. These towers are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and polyethylene, and they offer high purification efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, low noise, energy-saving, compact size, easy disassembly and maintenance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The glass fiber reinforced plastic absorption tower is manufactured in segmented sections. The exterior surface of the tower is coated with water-resistant and aging-resistant gel coat resin as an anti-aging layer, with a thickness of not less than 0.5mm. The aging-resistant coating is made from alkali-free, wax-free, and untwisted mesh fabric between the strength layer and the inner and outer surfaces, with a resin content of not less than 75%. The number of layers is laid according to large-scale technical standards, with a resin content reaching 60~70% to ensure the tower's reliable strength.
