As modern industry develops, preventing environmental pollution has become a common concern. Simultaneously, the comprehensive utilization of resources, converting harmful substances into beneficial ones and waste into usable materials, is a crucial approach to saving investment, conserving energy, and enhancing economic benefits. In many surface treatment processes for metal products (such as pickling, chemical milling, electroplating, etc.), substances like sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid are required, leading to the release of acidic mist gases at certain concentrations. When the concentration of these gases exceeds the standard, they can cause severe harm to human health, plant and animal growth, and buildings. Therefore, the issue is gaining increasing attention from the government. To address this, with the assistance of relevant scientific research institutions, I have successfully developed the BJS series of acid mist purification towers, which are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and polyethylene. These towers offer high purification efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, low noise, energy-saving, compact size, ease of disassembly and maintenance, and attractive appearance.
The fiberglass absorption tower is constructed in segments. The outer surface of the tower is coated with a water-resistant and aging-resistant gel coat resin layer, with a thickness of not less than 0.5mm. The aging-resistant coating is made of alkali-free, wax-free, and untwisted plain weave fabric between the strength layer and the inner and outer surfaces, with a resin content of not less than 75%. The layers are laid according to large-scale technical standards, with a resin content of 60~70% to ensure the tower's reliability.
