　　Product Application Scope:

The QJB-W type sludge recirculation pump is an improved product based on the submerged mixer production technology. It is an equipment used for mixed liquor recirculation and denitrification in secondary wastewater treatment plants. It can also be used to pump purified water during ground drainage; for irrigation and control of waterway systems; and in the recycling process or sludge extraction loop of wastewater treatment requiring low head and high flow.

1. During continuous operation, the medium temperature does not exceed 40℃.

Medium pH range is 6-9.

Structure Overview:

Equipment components and spare parts ensure optimal performance of the sludge recirculation pump.

1. Cable: The cable is made of a specially designed watertight cable.

2. Terminal Box: The terminal box is fully enclosed and isolated from the surrounding liquids and the stator box.

3. Motor: 50Hz squirrel-cage 3-phase submersible asynchronous motor, F-grade insulation, protection class IP68. Motor is cooled by the surrounding medium.

4. Shafts: The motor shaft is made of stainless steel material, and the rotor undergoes dynamic balance testing.

5. Sealing: Static sealing is achieved with an O-ring. Axial sealing is mechanical, isolating the oil chamber from surrounding media.

　　6、Oil chamber: Oil is used for lubricating and cooling mechanical seal friction pairs, as well as isolating infiltrative fluids.

7. Impeller: The impeller features three blades, which are wide and thin with a smooth, swept-back surface for unobstructed rotation and come with an automatic self-cleaning function.

8. Imported Conical Tubes: The purpose of imported conical tubes is to achieve a better flow state.

9. Drain Connector: The drain connector is used to secure the imported cone tube onto the outlet pipe.

10. Guiding Device: The guiding device consists of two tubes (conduits) and the upper conduit clamp.

2. The sludge recirculation pump features an automatic coupling installation system, allowing for quick equipment inspection and maintenance without any mechanical disassembly, ensuring easy and fast installation.

3. This equipment requires pre-burial only for the wall penetration pipe. The guide rods and lifting frames are connected to the pool with steel expansion bolts, no pre-burial components needed.

4. Pre-buried components and flap gates are to be procured and installed by the customer; attention should be paid during ordering.
