Product Introduction

　　Product Application Scope:

The QJB-W type sludge recycle pump is an improved product based on the submerged mixer production technology. It is used for mixing liquid recycle and denitrification in secondary wastewater treatment plants, and can also be used for pumping purified water during ground drainage; irrigation and control of waterway systems; and in micro-head, high-flow applications during the recycling process or sludge extraction loop in wastewater treatment.

　　Terms of Use:

1. During continuous operation, the medium temperature shall not exceed 40℃.

Medium pH value is 6-9.

3. Maximum submersion depth: 10 meters.

1. Cables: Specialized waterproof cables are used for the cables.

2. Terminal Box: The terminal box is fully enclosed and isolated from the surrounding liquids and the stator box.

3. Motor: 50Hz squirrel-cage 3-phase submersible asynchronous motor, F-grade insulation, protection class IP68. Motor is cooled by the surrounding medium.

4. Shaft: The shaft of the motor is made of stainless steel material, and the rotor undergoes dynamic balance testing.

5. Sealing: Static sealing is achieved with an O-ring. The shaft sealing is mechanical, isolating the oil chamber from the surrounding medium.

　　6、Oil chamber: Oil is used for lubricating and cooling the mechanical seal friction pair, as well as for isolating渗透液.

7. Impeller: The impeller features three blades, which are wide and thin with a smooth, swept-back surface for unobstructed operation, and also boasts an automatic self-cleaning function.

8. Imported Conical Tube: The purpose of the imported conical tube is to achieve a better flow state.

9. Discharge Fitting: The discharge fitting is used to secure the imported cone pipe to the outlet pipe.

10. Guidance Device: The guidance device consists of two tubes (conduits) and a top tube clamp.

2. The sludge recirculation pump features an automatic coupling installation system, allowing for quick removal and inspection of the equipment without any mechanical disassembly, ensuring easy and fast installation.

3. This equipment requires pre-burial for the wall penetration pipe only; the guide rod and lifting frame are connected to the pool with steel expansion bolts, no pre-buried parts are needed.

4. Embedded parts and butterfly valves are to be procured and installed by the user; attention should be paid during the order placement.
