Fuel gas organic heat carrier boilers, fueled by oil (or gas), are a new type of special boiler, also known as thermal oil heaters. They feature low pressure and high-temperature operation, with heating temperatures reaching up to 340°C in the liquid phase or 400°C in the vapor phase. Organic heat carrier heating can be used in various production scenarios where uniform and stable heating is required, and direct flame heating is not permitted, within a temperature range of 150°C to 380°C.
Fuelled by natural gas, light oil, heavy oil, and other combustible gases, with thermal oil as the heat carrier.
Boilers feature high thermal efficiency and ample output.
Automatic proportional burner, with automatic heat load adjustment.
Complete factory shipment of thermal oil heaters, short installation period, easy to construct.
Fully automatic computer control, capable of DOS control and remote control.
The heat-conducting oil furnace features a structural design that meets the requirements of low nitrogen burners, offering energy-saving and environmental protection with high thermal efficiency.
Utilize a circulating oil pump to force liquid phase recirculation, transferring thermal energy to the heating equipment and then returning to the special industrial furnace for reheating.
Broadly used in petrochemical, textile, dyeing and finishing, plastic, rubber, food processing, wood processing, asphalt heating, paperbox production, vegetable dehydration, paint baking, casting sand mold drying, and more.
