The basic structure of the SHL series bulk chain grate coal-fired boilers consists of components such as the upper drum, lower drum, water-cooled wall, convection tube bundle, economizer, and air preheater. The front of the boiler is formed by the water-cooled wall, creating the furnace, with front and rear water-cooled walls forming the front and rear arches. Convection tube bundles are set between the upper and lower drums, equipped with transverse baffles to facilitate horizontal烟气flow. The economizer and air preheater are arranged at the rear of the boiler.
The SHL boiler grate is designed with a double or single layer arrangement, better meeting the actual needs of users. Blow-off cleaner interfaces are pre-installed in the boiler's convective tube bundle and economizer heating surface areas, allowing for necessary measures for special fuels, particularly those with strong caking properties, to prevent potential issues proactively. The combustion equipment features a scale-type chain grate with a compartmentalized ventilation structure, offering sensitive adjustment. The combustion system operates stably, has strong adaptability to different coal types, and, with its built-in cyclone dust removal function, ensures that both the smoke opacity and the original dust emission concentration of the boiler meet environmental protection standards.
Application Fields: Industrial and mining enterprises, heating companies, paper mills, chemical factories, textile factories, etc.
