
Potassium sulfate, chemical formula K2SO4, is an inorganic salt with a general potassium content of 50% to 52% and sulfur content of approximately 18%.
It is the basic raw material for producing various potassium salts such as potassium carbonate, etc. Used as a clarification agent in the glass industry. Serves as an intermediate in the dye industry. Acts as an additive in the spice industry, etc. Also used as a laxative and for treating soluble barium salt poisoning.
