The impeller of the mixed-flow fan allows air to undergo both centrifugal and axial motion, with the air movement inside the housing blending both axial and centrifugal movements, hence the name "mixed-flow."
Mixed flow fan has a higher pressure coefficient than axial flow fans and a larger flow coefficient than centrifugal fans, suitable for applications where both pressure and flow are "not too high, not too low." It fills the gap between axial flow and centrifugal fans. It also features simple and convenient installation.
