High purity
(1) Excellent flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing properties—Upon heating and dehydration, it decomposes to form a dense, solid protective film on the surface of combustible materials,隔绝oxygen, effectively inhibiting the polymer's temperature rise and thermal degradation. It also suppresses smoke production through adsorption and heat absorption, causing carbonization without producing flammable materials. Suitable for composite materials with processing temperatures below 220℃ and plastics with processing temperatures around 300℃.
(2) Excellent Insulation Properties - The fluidized bed purification process significantly reduces the content of impurity ions such as iron, sodium, and potassium.

Usage Instructions:
1. Selection should be based on the performance requirements of the product when used alone. Particle size is closely related to the properties of the composite material; the smaller the particle size, the smoother the surface and the more pronounced the reinforcement effect. However, the viscosity is also greater during blending, so please carefully adjust the formula to balance all properties.
2. Mixing different particle sizes to form a dense filling in high polymer systems at appropriate ratios enhances flame-retardant properties. A rational compound system prevents filler settlement or floating, while also reducing the viscosity of the resin blend under equal filling quantities, facilitating shearing and dispersion.
3. Aluminum hydroxide, after ultra-fine processing, has an increased specific surface area, tends to agglomerate, exhibits poor compatibility with polymers, and is difficult to disperse uniformly, affecting the processing properties of composite materials. Hydrophobic aluminum hydroxide has good interfacial compatibility with high polymers; the surface coating can undergo bonding reactions with the resin groups of the base material, reducing the viscosity of the blend, eliminating interface stress concentration, and improving the mechanical properties of the composite materials. Therefore, it is recommended to use hydrophobic products.
4. Suggest determining the amount through testing; samples (less than 5kg) are available free of charge.

Storage: Keep this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from ground moisture and high-temperature heat sources. Transportation: Non-hazardous, but protect from water and humidity during shipping; handle with care to prevent packaging damage. Do not mix or store with other acidic or alkaline substances. Avoid exposure to air when relative humidity exceeds 80%, and use after drying (at 110℃) if necessary. After use, seal to prevent moisture; it's recommended to use the contents upon opening the packaging.
