Product Features:
High purity
(1) Excellent flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing properties – upon heating and dehydration, it decomposes to form a dense, solid protective film on the surface of combustible materials,隔绝oxygen, effectively inhibiting the polymer's temperature rise and thermal degradation. It suppresses smoke production through adsorption and heat absorption, causing carbonization without generating combustible materials. Suitable for composite materials with processing temperatures below 220°C and plastics with processing temperatures around 300°C.
(2) Excellent Insulation Properties – The fluidized bed purification process significantly reduces the content of impurity ions such as iron, sodium, and potassium.
2. High brightness – Does not interfere with product dyeing and enhances product color saturation and appearance.
Low in silicon, iron, and sodium – contents are respectively below 0.01%, 0.006%, and 0.2%.
4. Uniform and concentrated particle size distribution, controllable.
5. Low Oil Absorption Rate - Modern automatic control systems produce products with an oil absorption rate 20% lower than traditional mechanical crushing systems.
Usage Instructions:
1. Selection should be based on the performance requirements of the product when used individually. Particle size is closely related to the properties of the composite material; the smaller the particle size, the finer the surface texture and the more pronounced the reinforcing effect. However, viscosity is also higher during blending, so please carefully adjust the formula to balance all properties.
2. Mixing fillers of different particle sizes forms a dense filling within the polymer system at appropriate ratios, enhancing flame retardancy. A rational blending system prevents the settling or floating of fillers, while also reducing the viscosity of the resin blend under equal filling amounts, facilitating shearing and dispersion.
3. Alumina hydrate, after ultra-fineness treatment, due to its increased specific surface area, is prone to agglomeration, has poor compatibility with polymers, and is difficult to disperse uniformly, affecting the processing properties of composite materials. Hydrophobic alumina has good interfacial compatibility with high polymers; the coated layer on its surface can form bonding reactions with the functional groups of the base material resin, reducing the viscosity of the blend, eliminating interface stress concentration, and improving the mechanical properties of the composite materials. Therefore, it is recommended to use hydrophobic products.
4. Suggest determining the addition amount through testing; samples (less than 5kg) are available free of charge.
Important Notes:
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, avoiding ground moisture and keeping away from high heat sources. Transportation: Non-hazardous in nature, ensure protection from water and humidity during transit, handle with care to prevent packaging damage. Do not mix with other acidic or alkaline substances. Avoid exposure to air when relative humidity exceeds 80%, and re-use after drying if necessary (at 110℃). After use, implement airtight moisture-proof measures, and it's recommended to use the contents upon opening the packaging.

Internal plastic, external woven film bags in kraft paper packaging, available in 50kg, 40kg, 25kg bags or ton bags, also customizable according to customer requirements.
