High purity
(1) Excellent flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing properties—Upon heating and dehydration, it decomposes, forming a dense and solid protective film on the surface of combustible materials, which isolates oxygen and effectively inhibits the rise in temperature and thermal degradation of polymers. It also reduces smoke production by absorbing and dissipating heat, causing carbonization without generating combustible materials. Suitable for composite materials with processing temperatures below 220°C and plastics with processing temperatures around 300°C.
(2) Excellent Insulation Properties - The fluidized bed purification process significantly reduces the content of impurities such as iron, sodium, and potassium ions.
2. High brightness - Does not interfere with product dyeing and enhances product color saturation and appearance.
Low in silicon, iron, and sodium — contents are below 0.01%, 0.006%, and 0.2% respectively.

Usage Instructions:
1. When used individually, selection should be based on the performance requirements of the product. Particle size is closely related to the properties of the composite material; the smaller the particle size, the better the surface fineness and the more pronounced the reinforcing effect. However, the viscosity is also greater during blending, so please carefully adjust the formula to balance all properties.
2. Utilizing a blend of different particle sizes, a dense filling can be formed within the polymer system at the appropriate ratio, enhancing flame-retardant properties. A rational blending system can prevent the settling or floating of fillers, while also reducing the viscosity of the resin blend under equal filling volume, facilitating shearing and dispersion.
3. After ultra-fine processing, aluminum hydroxide has a larger specific surface area, tends to agglomerate, poor compatibility with polymers, and is difficult to disperse evenly, affecting the processing properties of the composite material. Hydrophobic aluminum hydroxide has good interfacial compatibility with high polymers; the surface coating can form a bonding reaction with the resin groups of the base material, reduce the viscosity of the blend, eliminate interface stress concentration, and improve the mechanical properties of the composite material. Therefore, it is recommended to use hydrophobic products.
4. Suggest determining the dosage through trial, and samples (less than 5kg) are available free of charge.

Storage: Keep this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, preventing ground moisture and avoiding proximity to high heat sources. Transportation: This product is non-hazardous; ensure it is protected from water and moisture during transport, handle with care to prevent packaging damage. Do not mix or store with other acidic or alkaline substances. Avoid exposing to air when the relative humidity exceeds 80%, and re-use after drying if necessary (at 110°C). After use, implement sealing and moisture-proof measures; it is recommended to use the contents upon opening the packaging.
