Product Features:
High purity
(1) Excellent flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing properties – Upon heating and dehydration, it decomposes to form a dense, solid protective film on the surface of combustible materials,隔绝oxygen, effectively suppressing the temperature rise and thermal degradation of polymers. It absorbs and dissipates heat to reduce smoke production, causing carbonization without generating flammable substances. Suitable for composite materials and plastics that are processed at temperatures below 220℃ and plastics processed at around 300℃.
(2) Excellent Insulation Properties – The fluidized bed purification process significantly reduces the content of impurity ions such as iron, sodium, and potassium.
2. High brightness——Does not interfere with product dyeing and enhances product color saturation and appearance.
Low silicon, low iron, low sodium – contents are respectively below 0.01%, 0.006%, and less than 0.2%.

5. Low Oil Absorption Rate - Products from modern automatic control systems have an oil absorption rate reduced by over 20% compared to traditional mechanical crushing systems.
Usage Instructions:
1. Selection should be based on the performance requirements of the product when used individually. Particle size is closely related to the properties of the composite material; the smaller the particle size, the better the surface fineness and the more pronounced the reinforcing effect. However, the viscosity is also higher during blending, so please carefully adjust the formula to balance all properties.
2. Mixing fillers with different particle sizes creates a dense packing within the polymer system at appropriate ratios, enhancing flame retardancy. A rational blending system prevents the settling or floating of fillers, while also reducing the viscosity of the resin blend under equal amounts of filling, facilitating shear dispersion.
3. Aluminum hydroxide, after ultra-fine processing, has an increased specific surface area, tends to agglomerate, and has poor compatibility with polymers, making it difficult to disperse evenly, which affects the processing properties of composites. Hydrophobic aluminum hydroxide has good interfacial compatibility with high polymers; the surface coating can form bond reactions with the functional groups of the base material resin, reduce the viscosity of the blend, eliminate interface stress concentration, and improve the mechanical properties of the composites. Therefore, it is recommended to use hydrophobic products.
4. Recommend determining the dosage through testing; samples (less than 5kg) are available free of charge.
Important Notes:
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area to prevent ground moisture; avoid proximity to high heat sources. Transportation: Non-hazardous; ensure waterproofing and moisture protection during transport; handle with care to prevent packaging damage. Do not mix with other acidic or alkaline substances. Avoid exposure to air when relative humidity exceeds 80%; use after drying if necessary (at 110℃). After use, implement sealing and moisture-proof measures; it is recommended to use the contents immediately after opening the packaging.

Inner plastic, outer woven film bags in kraft paper packaging, available in 50kg, 40kg, 25kg bags or ton bags, also customizable according to customer requirements.
