High purity
(1) Excellent flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing properties—Upon heating and dehydration, it decomposes to form a dense and solid protective film on the surface of combustible materials,隔绝oxygen, effectively inhibiting the rise in temperature and thermal degradation of polymers. It suppresses smoke production by absorbing and dissipating heat, causing carbonization without generating combustible materials. Suitable for composite materials and plastics with processing temperatures below 220°C and around 300°C, respectively.
(2) Excellent Insulation Performance – The fluidized bed purification process significantly reduces the content of impurities such as iron, sodium, and potassium ions.
2. High brightness - Does not interfere with product dyeing and enhances product color saturation and appearance.
3. Low Silicon, Low Iron, Low Sodium – Content is respectively below 0.01%, 0.006%, and less than 0.2%.
4. Uniform and controllable particle size distribution.

Usage Instructions:
1. Selection should be based on the performance requirements of the product when used alone. Particle size is closely related to the properties of the composite material; the smaller the particle size, the finer the surface texture and the more pronounced the reinforcing effect. However, viscosity increases during blending, so please carefully adjust the formula to balance all properties.
2. Utilizing a blend of different particle sizes, a dense filling can be formed within the polymer system at the appropriate ratio, enhancing flame retardancy. A rational blending system can prevent the settling or floating of the filler, while also reducing the viscosity of the resin blend under equivalent filling, facilitating shear dispersion.
3. After ultra-fine processing, aluminum hydroxide has an increased specific surface area, which leads to easy agglomeration and poor compatibility with polymers, making it difficult to disperse uniformly and affecting the processing properties of the composite material. Hydrophobic aluminum hydroxide exhibits good interfacial compatibility with high polymers; the surface coating can undergo bonding reactions with the functional groups of the base material resin, reducing the viscosity of the blend, eliminating interface stress concentration, and improving the mechanical properties of the composite material. Therefore, it is recommended to use hydrophobic products.
4. Suggest determining the amount through testing; samples (less than 5kg) are available free of charge.
Important Notes:
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from ground moisture and high heat sources. Transportation: Non-hazardous product; ensure protection from water and moisture during transport, handle with care to prevent packaging damage. Do not mix with other acidic or alkaline substances. Avoid exposure to air when relative humidity exceeds 80%, and use after drying at 110℃ if necessary. After use, implement sealing and moisture-proof measures; it is recommended to use the contents immediately after opening the packaging.
