Floor cutting
Cut the floor slabs within the frame beams; the slab thickness is 120mm, and the individual pieces are approximately 0.5T in size. Prior to cutting, ensure the weight of each piece is calculated, with length and width dimensions controlled to 2m or less and weight under 0.5T. When cutting the floor slabs, leave a 100mm space on both sides of the beam section for ease of construction. For the cutting pieces, make fixed vertical and horizontal lifting at the top of the upper structure above the removal layer, with lifting capacity exceeding 2 tons. Drill holes in the floor and thread steel wire ropes through each concrete piece before cutting, and secure them. For the side of the floor slab facing outward, drill holes and tie it to the surrounding structural columns for directional牵引. Once the concrete pieces are completely separated, gently release the traction while simultaneously using a winch to hoist the concrete to the next floor level. Transport it outdoors using a hydraulic truck to the outdoor platform, lift it out of the site with an outdoor 100-ton crane, and clear it from the building.
