What are the specific steps?

Firstly, check the safety passageways on each level; all passageways must remain unobstructed.

2. Ensure protective measures are in place for existing facilities, critical areas, and components. Especially, the elevator used for transporting goods must be properly protected with a solid core board before any cargo can be transported.

3. Remove and consolidate flammable and explosive materials, including waste paper, textiles, and wooden products, from the designated area for external shipment.

4. Demolition is divided into two work areas: floors 1 to 3 form one area, and the basement forms another for the demolition work. The demolition is carried out in a top-down sequence.

5. The sequence for dismantling items is to start with partition walls, followed by removing ceiling panels and their fixtures.

6. Transporting from the upper floor to the ground floor for loading and outward shipment.

7. Clean up any debris and waste from all layers.

8. Site clearance and final acceptance inspection.
