HTFC Wall-Mounted Air Distributor Installation Features:
1. Compact and aesthetically pleasing structure. The cabinet is designed with a framework and panel assembly. The framework is made by a single-drawing process of a high-quality metal cold bending unit, and the panels feature a double-layer structure with an internal noise-dampening material, further reducing noise levels.
2. Offer various import/export orientations to meet different installation requirements. Utilize mold-based production for high dimensional accuracy, which can be disassembled and reassembled.
3. The main component of the fan, the impeller, is produced using mold-based manufacturing, with the technology of the LAU Industrial Company of the United States being digested and absorbed. It features a multi-blade forward-curved blade impeller with high efficiency, low noise, large air volume, stable operation, stable quality, and durability. The casing is made of galvanized steel or carbon steel plate, produced mechanically.
4. The HTFC cabinet-type exhaust fan comes in two types: Type A and Type B. Type A features an external motor for fire smoke exhaust, while Type B has an internal motor for ventilation and air exchange.
5. Type A low-noise cabinet centrifugal fan motor is mounted outside the box, isolated from the high-temperature exhaust system. It ensures continuous operation for over 60 minutes at temperatures above 300°C. The product has passed the quality supervision and inspection of the "Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center," reaching high-quality standards and has been recognized by consumer departments in over 30 provinces and cities.
6. For users requiring high air volume, our company can produce low-noise, cabinet-type centrifugal fans (dual-purpose) for fire and ventilation in parallel configuration.
