The swirl diffuser is a ventilation tool in an air conditioning system. It can be used for high airflow and large temperature difference air supply processes in air conditioning ventilation systems, thereby reducing the number of diffuser installations. Typically, it is mounted on ceilings or roofs. It is suitable for low spaces within 3 meters and can also be used for large area air supply at two heights, with heights even exceeding 10 meters. The swirl diffuser consists of fixed blades, adjustable blades, and a diffuser ring. The blades can produce lateral, oblique, and vertical airflows at different positions. The blades can be adjusted within a temperature difference range of -10°C to 15°C to achieve an ideal airflow state. The operation principle of the swirl diffuser is to adjust the outlet angle based on the air supply temperature difference, with the blades capable of being actuated manually, electrically, or pneumatically.
