Cable Laying Construction Method

(1) Construction Process

Construction Preparation → Cable Tray Installation → Cable Laying → Insulation Testing → Signage

(2) Technical Measures

1) Prior to construction, the cables must undergo a thorough inspection to ensure specifications, models, cross-sections, and voltage ratings meet requirements, with no distortions or damage visible.

2) Conduct insulation measurements prior to cable laying. If the project uses cables below 1kV, use a 1kV megger to test the insulation resistance between conductors and to ground, which should not be less than 10MΩ. After testing, discharge the core wire to ground.
