Grylls5901 Series Mass Flow MetersSupports digital input/output, the device itself can be equipped with control buttons and a display screen, and can also use flow computer control and display flow. It can provide optional multi-media/multi-range functionality. The Grylls5901 series mass flowmeters use thermal principles, with short preheat time, high precision, low drift, tubular分流, not easy to clog, suitable for various low and high-pressure pipelines, flow up to 6000 SLM, and digital/analogue control modes are available; the product uses high-speed control algorithms for superior response time throughout the flowmeter. The product supports RS-232 Serial / RS-485 Serial / Modbus RTU / PROFIBUS / EtherNet/IP / DeviceNet / Modbus TCP/IP / EtherCAT / PROFIBUS-DP communication protocols. The Grylls5901 series is composed of components such as mass flow sensors, laminar flow elements, flow control valves, and amplification control circuits. It is made by utilizing the heat transfer distribution effect, which changes the temperature distribution on the capillary wall due to the heat transfer of flowing fluid. The Grylls5901 series mass flowmeters measure the mass flow of gases using the capillary heat transfer temperature difference calorimetry principle, which is not affected by temperature or pressure. The flow signal measured by the sensor is amplified, then compared with the set voltage, and the resulting difference is used to drive the control regulating valve to close-loop control the flow through the channel to match the set flow.
