Grylls5950 Series Quality Flow ControllerSupports digital input/output, the device itself can be equipped with a multi-functional touch screen display, and can also use flow computer for control and display of flow rates. It offers optional multi-media/multi-range functionality. The Grylls5950 series mass flow controllers utilize thermal principles, with short preheat times and precision up to 0.5%F.S., minimal drift, tubular分流 design, and resistance to clogging. They are suitable for various low and high-pressure pipelines, with flow rates up to 6000SLM, and offer digital/analogue control modes. The product employs high-speed control algorithms for superior response times in the entire flow meter. It supports communication protocols including RS-232 Serial, RS-485 Serial, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherCAT, and PROFIBUS-DP. The Grylls5950 series is composed of components such as mass flow sensors, laminar flow elements, flow controller regulating valves, and amplifying control circuits. It is made using the heat conduction distribution effect of changing the temperature distribution of the capillary wall through the transfer of heat by the flowing fluid. The Grylls5950 series mass flow controllers measure the mass flow of gases using the principle of capillary heat transfer before and after temperature difference calorimetry, unaffected by temperature and pressure. The flow signal measured by the sensor is amplified, then compared with a set voltage, and the resulting difference is used to drive the control regulating valve, closed-loop controlling the flow through the channel to match the set flow rate.
