2 The pump station site should have necessary traffic conditions and construction hoisting operation conditions.
The design of pre-fabricated pump stations should be determined based on the corresponding pipeline construction plan of the engineering location, in conjunction with the scale of water supply and drainage projects, as well as near-term and long-term construction conditions, after a technical and economic comparison.
4 The pump station should determine an appropriate engineering scale in combination with the principles of near and long-term planning.
5 The pump station layout should comply with the following regulations:
(1) Submersible auto-transformer mounted pump, where the flat layout does not need to consider the pump maintenance space, only meeting the pump installation and hydraulic flow requirements.
(2) Dry-installation pumps should consider the installation of the pump and the flow state requirements of the pump suction pipeline in the flat layout.
(3) When matching a pump with a forced-air-cooled motor, the pump station layout should also meet the pump's heat dissipation requirements.
(4) The modular wet well pump station should have dimensions and layouts that meet the installation, lifting, and daily operation requirements for the main equipment such as pumps and gratings.
(5) The modular integrated pump station wet well must meet the flow requirements of the pump suction pipe and the installation, lifting, and daily operation requirements of the grate.
(6) Modular integrated pump station dry well should have dimensions that meet the installation, heat dissipation, maintenance, and daily operation requirements for pumps and control cabinets.
(7) Modular integrated pump stations should be equipped with a water collection pit and drainage pump within the dry well to remove accumulated water inside.
(8) The control cabinet can be installed inside the dry well of a pump station or on the ground. If installed inside the dry well, ventilation, heat dissipation, and dehumidification should be considered.
