Integrated precast pump station: Pumps are vertically mounted with auto-coupling and wet installation, all integrated within a single well casing, featuring an internal maintenance platform and a ground control panel. Operation and maintenance are straightforward; pre-assembly and factory testing are conducted prior to shipment, reducing on-site installation time and enhancing system reliability.
Integrated precast pump stations are fully manufactured as a complete unit in the factory (including the cylinder, pumps, electrical automation control equipment, etc.).
2. Roof Deck
The overhead material is made of GRP.
The top cover panel has smooth surfaces both inside and out, free of cracks deeper than 2mm, and no phenomena such as delamination, fiber exposure, resin nodules, foreign matter mixed in, or uneven coloration. The external protective layer of GRP material is enhanced with UV-resistant material to prevent aging when exposed to sunlight for extended periods.

3. Pump station cover and lifting lug
Made of stainless steel aluminum-textured plate, featuring safety grille, ventilation exhaust pipe, and handrail. Equipped with air pressure spring, it opens effortlessly. External with 4 pre-drilled lifting lugs for easy hoisting and installation.
4. Fiberglass cylinder
The integral precast pump station cylinder is reinforced with unidirectional glass fiber roving and its products, with thermosetting resin as the matrix. It employs computer-controlled winding technology and a one-step molding process to ensure uniform thickness and meet design requirements. The structural layer thickness is determined by the structural design, and its stiffness has been verified by FEA (Finite Element Analysis) technology. The wall thickness at the bottom of the well, which is subjected to high forces, is more than double that of the cylinder body. The cylinder's Brinell hardness and compressive strength, as well as hoop and axial tensile strengths, all meet the requirements. 5. Matching Pump
The integrated precast pump station with submersible sewage pumps boasts exceptional waste passage capability and excellent cutting performance. It can chop and discharge impurities such as long fibers, plastics, paper, belts, strips, straw, ropes, etc., from sewage. The pump adopts an advanced design with reasonable hydraulic characteristics to ensure full-head operation of the electric pump. The combination of an excellent dry-type motor and pump achieves a total efficiency comparable to the ASS cutting device series products from Germany's abs company.
Submersible sewage pump with cutting device is made of high-quality hard alloy, and the double-end face mechanical seal and skeleton oil seal assembly area should not exceed 1/2 the height of the motor, with the temperature of the pumped sludge not exceeding 40°C.
Submersible sewage pump with cutting device is primarily used for discharging domestic wastewater, sewage, human feces and urine, as well as solid suspended matter containing short fiber paper fragments, wood chips, starch, silt, ore particles, etc., and non-corrosive media. The temperature of the pumped liquid does not exceed 40°C, the density is not greater than 1200 kg/m³, and the pH value is around 9. This electric pump features double-sided mechanical seals and a rotating impeller, with the impeller made of stainless steel, which is wear-resistant, non-clogging, non-tangling, and has the advantages of small size, compact structure, and easy portability.
