Product Overview
The central scraper, as the name implies, is primarily used for scraping sludge. It consists of several parts, including a gantry crane, scraper, skimmer plate, drive unit, and an automatic control cabinet. The scraper is not just a single piece of equipment; it is actually a generic term, mainly referring to both scraper and peripheral transmission scrapers.

Equipment Principle
The sludge scraper's wastewater, transmitted from the center, flows into the conduit and spreads out uniformly in a radiating pattern around the perimeter. The suspended sludge settles and accumulates at the bottom of the pool. The driving unit rotates the central vertical frame, which in turn drives the scraper arm and sludge board. The sludge board collects the sludge, which is then suctioned into the central sludge tank via the suction pipe, relying on the static water pressure within the pool. The sludge is then discharged out of the pool through the central sludge discharge pipe. Floating debris on the water surface is removed by the rotating skimmer device and discharged into the渣斗 outside the pool. The clear liquid is drained into the outflow trough through a triangular overflow weir plate. Our company will make corresponding matching adjustment designs based on the different process control requirements of the users to ensure the sedimentation and separation of sludge, reduce waste, and save investment.
Primary Structure
The central scraper is mainly composed of components such as the drive unit, main shaft, railing, steel beam, vertical bars, supports, scraper blades, overflow weir plate, pull rod, small scraper, underwater bearing, flow stabilizer tube, and electrical control box.

ProductFeatures
1. The center transmission scraper's working bridge can be designed in a semi-bridge configuration, with materials available in carbon steel or stainless steel.
2. The drive unit employs a combination of bevel and worm gear reducers, providing high output torque and speed, with excellent transmission efficiency.
3. Equipped with both mechanical and electrical overload protection devices.
4. Each mud suction pipe is a separate unit, and the flow can be adjusted by opening the mud suction pipe mouth, thereby controlling the sludge backflow ratio.
5. Equipment operation is straightforward, allowing for direct on-site or remote control of the equipment's operation.
6. In the event of improper operation or an accident during the production process, if the rake scraper load exceeds the allowable safe value, the control system can promptly sound an alarm, stop the machine, and lift the rake scraper out of the sludge layer to ensure the safe operation of the mixing transmission unit.
ApplicableScope
The central scraper is suitable for sludge removal and scum removal in primary and secondary sedimentation tanks with radial flow. The scraper is centrally driven by a worm gear reducer motor mounted on the central inlet column pipe, powered through inner meshing gears in the central swivel bearing, driving the rotation of frame steel structure, mud suction arm, collection trough, mud suction pipeline, skimming device, etc. The diameter range is typically between 8 meters and 20 meters. The bottom part of the small unit uses a solid helical scraper, while the bottom part of medium to large units uses multi-plate inclined scrapers. It features an upper skimming collection device and central water distribution with sludge discharge. The flat suction nozzle is self-priming; the pool can have a flat bottom or inclined bottom.
