Product Features:
• Medium-Low Elasticity
• Medium-low elasticity ratio
• Short-range deformation
• Precise Load/Deformation Characteristics - The single-loop wave spring is a fundamental and common wave spring product. It is cost-effective, with a simple design structure, and boasts a wide range of spring applications.
• The single turn spring design offers flexibility. There are virtually no constraints in their design. They are used in most applications with minimal axial and radial space constraints.
Product Details:
Single-layer wave springs are categorized into single-layer open wave springs and single-layer butted wave springs. These springs are suitable for a variety of applications and can reliably perform in low deformation and low to moderate force values. They are particularly well-suited for applications with limited working height and space.
Traditional coiled springs expand in outside diameter as the working height decreases. If the outside diameter reaches the installed hole cavity of the spring, the traditional coiled spring may become stuck inside the hole. However, open-coil and overlap coil springs effectively resolve this issue. As the spring is compressed, the ends of the spring can freely move, thereby counteracting the radial expansion of the spring.
