A. ECPC assembled tank
The ECPC assembled tank is assembled from special steel plates,****sealing materials, self-locking bolts, and other materials. The surface of the special steel plate is treated to form a uniform paint film protective layer, which meets the owner's requirements in terms of hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. The special steel plates are pre-treated and coated with enamel on both inner and outer sides, which, after heating and polymerization, forms a strong bond between the coating and the steel plate. The protective layer formed by the coating not only prevents corrosion of the tank but also offers resistance to strong acids and alkalis, and has excellent wear resistance. The joints between the steel plates use overlapping and self-locking bolt connections, with high-quality sealing materials, meeting the requirements for fast and low-waste installation.
