The main component of the biogas desiccator is the inner pot, which is surrounded by small holes. The clothes to be dehydrated are placed inside the pot. The motor drives the inner pot to rotate at high speed via a belt. This generates a strong centrifugal force, causing the moisture to be ejected through the small holes in the inner pot and collected for unified discharge. The desiccator is generally suitable for the dehydration process of clothes, textiles, crops, and other items.
Structure: The dehydrator is a three-leg pendulum type, with the housing and top cover made of steel plate, the base material being cast iron. The drain pipe is located below the base, and both the base feet and standing feet are made of cast iron. It uses a separate motor driven by a V-belt, equipped with a centrifugal start flange for a gradual start-up of the machine.
Drawbacks: Generally, for damp clothes, the drying effect of biogas dehydration equipment in two minutes is roughly equivalent to that of a dryer in twenty minutes. However, the biogas dehydration equipment cannot achieve complete drying. Therefore, a time and energy-saving approach is to first dehydrate the damp clothes and then proceed with the drying process.
