Overview
The compact oscillating granulator is a newly developed granulation and spreading equipment, designed and successfully tested by our company based on customer requirements. It addresses the limitations of existing oscillating granulators by integrating advanced features from belt drying equipment, absorbing their cutting-edge technology, and innovating the design. The machine boasts a simple and rational structure, efficient energy utilization, advanced granulation methods, and energy-saving characteristics. It combines three functions: granulation, crushing, and spreading, achieving the purpose of multi-functionality with a single machine. Suitable for the manufacturing of various granule specifications in industries such as chemicals and food, its advantages include adjustable granulation speed within a certain range, and uniform spreading that maintains consistency between wet and dry granules. User feedback uniformly indicates that the machine granulates evenly, has a low powder content, is easy to operate, has a long service life, and meets GMP standards.
Uniform particle size, simple control; this machine is a type that produces particles by forcing a moist powder mixture through a sieve under the action of the roller's forward and reverse rotation. Adjusting the tightness of the sieve and the speed of the roller can control the particle size and density of the particles to a certain extent.
The shaft rotates with a good seal, preventing material contamination: The main shaft of this machine is above the transmission, featuring a tight shaft head sealing structure to ensure no oil leakage or material penetration, thus avoiding contamination of the material by lubricating oil and meeting GMP requirements.
Electromagnetic speed regulation, featuring both deceleration and acceleration capabilities; the machine employs an electromagnetic speed regulation device to change the spindle speed. The faster the speed, the more loosely the particles disperse; conversely, slower speeds result in tighter particle packing. The speed adjustment allows for achieving the desired particle size. Additionally, the main spindle transmission can accelerate or decelerate the spindle speed based on gear changes.
Aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean; the machine's housing is entirely wrapped in brushed stainless steel panels, ensuring cleanliness, non-toxicity, and excellent corrosion resistance. The only parts requiring cleaning are the granulating chamber, mainly the sieve and hexagonal roller. The roller does not need to be disassembled, the sieve is easy to remove and lightweight, making cleaning a breeze.
