Overview
The YKl60 series granulator is a new type of belt drying mechanism for granulating and spreading particles, designed and successfully trial-produced by our company to meet customer needs. It addresses the drawbacks of existing oscillating granulators by incorporating advanced technologies from belt drying equipment, particularly focusing on their unique features. This machine boasts a simple and rational structure, efficient energy utilization, advanced granulation methods, and energy-saving characteristics. It combines three functions—granulation, crushing, and spreading—allowing for multi-functional use. Suitable for the chemical and food industries, it can produce particles of various specifications. Its advantages include the ability to adjust the granulation speed within a certain range and the uniform spreading of materials, ensuring consistency between wet and dry particles. User feedback has been uniformly positive, with the machine known for its even granulation, low powder content, ease of operation, long service life, and compliance with GMP standards.
Uniform particle size, simple control; this machine is designed to mix moist powder and force it through a sieve by the forward and reverse rotation of the drum, forming granules. Adjusting the tension of the sieve and the speed of the drum can control the particle size and density of the granules to a certain extent.
The shaft rotates with a tight seal, preventing material contamination: The main shaft of this machine is positioned above the transmission and is designed with a precise shaft head sealing structure, ensuring that the shaft does not leak oil or allow material penetration, thereby avoiding contamination of the material by lubricating oil and meeting GMP requirements.
Electromagnetic speed control, featuring both deceleration and acceleration capabilities; this machine employs an electromagnetic speed control device to alter the spindle speed, with faster speeds resulting in looser particles; slower speeds lead to tighter particles. Adjusting the speed allows for achieving the desired particle size. Additionally, the spindle gear box can accelerate or decelerate the spindle based on gear changes.
Attractive design, easy to clean; the machine's exterior is fully wrapped in brushed stainless steel sheets, ensuring cleanliness, non-toxicity, and excellent corrosion resistance. The only parts requiring cleaning are the granulation cavity, mainly the screen and hexagonal roller. The roller does not need to be disassembled, and the screen is easy to remove and lightweight, making cleaning very convenient.
